Buy the CD

August , 2005

Plenty of live performances around Northern NSW and S.E. Qld have kept Robert busy for the past few months. Robert's appearance at the Songwriter's Cafe during The Caboolture Urban Country Music Festival in Queensland was a real buzz as he had the pleasure of sharing the stage with Col Finley and talented newcomer Claye Middleton. A big thank you to everyone who has gotten behind Robert's music by requesting his clips on CMC and of course a big thank you to all the radio presenters around Australia and indeed worldwide who have included his music on their playlists. The third single from the album, the title track, "Face The World" has just been released to radio on NFS 98. Robert is hoping to shoot a video for the song later in the year. Don't forget to check out the gig guide and show your support at a live show.

April, 2005

Robert Keith officialy launched his debut album, Face The World at the Buzz Bar in Murwillumbah on Wednesday, March 2nd to an enthusiastic group of friends, fans, media, and industry people. Robert performed an acoustic set showcasing songs from the album and was backed by the meastro himself, Michael Flanders. Guests enjoyed drinks and nibblies while Robert mingled with the crowd and signed copies of his CD. Special thanks to Steve for all his help in organising the event. Thanks also to Bob Anthony for his introduction and media coverage, to Rox from One Stop Entertainment for her attendance and support, and to Robert Carr from Tweed Coast Country 101.3 FM for coming on board.

Following the event Robert hit the road to visit radio stations and retailers on the NSW North Coast and Southern Queensland to promote the album. It was a great success with Robert's album being well received everywhere he went. Thanks to all the radio stations and retailers who've gotten behind Face The World. A special thank you to Pamela at Rainbow FM, Warwick, Diana at Rim FM, Boonah, and Loris at Beau FM, Beaudesert for the live studio interviews.

Robert's visit to Tamworth included meeting lots of industry people, artists, doing radio interviews, live performances and enjoying plenty of music. Special thanks to Mike Flanders for showing us around and thanks also to Wendy at the Big Golden Guitar Shop and Rox from One Stop Entertainment for making us feel like part of the family. Robert would like to thank Col Finley for inviting him to appear on his show at The Services Club. ( And for making him do the Chicken Dance in front of everyone)!!

Robert's second single, This Time Love, was released to radio in February on NFS 94 with a video clip to follow so stay tuned for that one. It's already been picked up by radio stations around Australia and looks set to consolidate Robert as one of the artists to watch out for in 2005.

Robert's first single, A Cowboy Never Cries, is still being well supported by country radio. If you haven't heard it on radio yet, then ring your local station and ask them to play it. The video clip is also airing nationally on Foxtel/Austar's Country Music Channel so if you'd like to see it and support Rob go to www.countrymusicchannel.com.au and register your request.

The album, Face The World, is available now and can be purchased securely online from The Country Music Store or CD Baby.
