Dorothy O'Brien has worked in the field of deafness since 1986 in both Victoria and South Australia. She has worked with Deaf adults, young people and parents of deaf children. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and a Graduate Diploma of Business in Health Administration. She is also a para-professional Auslan interpreter. She currently has her own business, consulting in the deafness field and working as a Life Coach.
