We stopped off at all the little towns on the way, we traveled through Hay and Ouyen our first overnight stop was at Murrayville a very nice little town with a population of about 300, a quiet and friendly place. The caravan park was only $10 for the night on an honour system. Next stop over was Tailem Bend to see my aunty. We stayed two nights there. It was nice to catch up with family that I haven't seen in a very long time. Next was to Adelaide, we stayed the first night at Adelaide Shores Caravan Resort West Beach. The beach was nice and close, we had nice long walks on the beach. The next three nights we set up in Gaye's backyard at Findon, Adelaide where we partied for the next 3 days and nights, went to all the garage sales and second hand shops and Port Adelaide Markets. We said our good-byes and headed back to Tailem Bend to see my aunty before heading down to Bendigo for the swap meet. We stopped at Horsham for the night and then continued on our journey to Bendigo. We found a nice caravan park where we stayed for 3 nights, taking in all the sites of Bendigo and enjoying their festive season, as we were there for the Bendigo Cup and the town was alive that night after the races. So many beautiful old buildings to see. We left the caravan park to get a good spot close to the Bendigo Show Grounds for the swap meet the next day. Lots to see and buy at the swap meet and so many people. Met up with our friends there and was walking for hours and hours till our feet ached. Time to go home we stopped off at Echuca to see Kay and then it was home ward bound.
