POLICE V WILLIAM AYERS - Complaint for not sending his children William, Emily and Albert to school for the required number of days during the quarter ending 31st December, 1879. Defendant acknowledged the offence, having kept the children at home to assist in harvesting. Fined 2s 6d in each case; costs, 2s 6d,; in default, distress.
