Do you have my size

Clothing:

If the item says “Custom made”, it means we make the item to measurements you provide, we do not have the items sitting here already.

Otherwise, we only have what is listed, and you would need to look in the shop for the “custom made” option if available.

Shoes & Demonia products:

If we do not have it in our shop, we do not have it. We do not order shoes or Demonia products to request, so please do not ask, your email will be ignored and deleted

How long will it take to make my clothing?

Custom orders are completed as soon as possible,

but usually take approximately ten days to complete.

Can I Lay-by?

No … we do not, and will not offer lay-by, so please don’t ask.

Can I have it cheaper?

Prices are not negotiable.

Items are already listed at wholesale price, so seriously, don’t ask for it any cheaper.

All items are handmade by experienced personnel, if you want cheap crap, go to supre.

Will you end the auction early for me?

No, we will not, so please do not ask.

Will you custom make something to my own design ?

We can make some items to custom designs, if you have a picture or an idea, but please be aware of the extra costs involved in the service, you will be paying for pattern making, as well as time of manufacture and fabric costs etc, unlike an “off the shelf” item, so we cannot match prices with some of the mass produced crap quality clothing sold by other sellers. However, we will still try and keep it as affordable as possible.

Variables of clothing sold in our ebay store can be made if within reason, but please ask first and don’t just assume!
